Iglucraft invested one million euros into the new Noblessner Iglupark

Iglucraft, managed by entrepreneur of the year, Priit Kallas, launched its newest business extension in Noblessner – Iglupark which consists of five Iglusaunas, four Igluoffices, and ten Igluhuts. In addition to the nearly one million euro-investment in Noblessner, the company is planning to open ten Igluparks in Estonia and fifty all around Europe in the upcoming years. 

Iglusaunas have gathered recognition here in Estonia, as well as worldwide – the Estonians’ saunas have already been purchased by Gordon Ramsay, David Beckham, and Guy Ritchie, for example. Within the past three years, the company’s turnover has grown from 1.5 million euros to 3.9 million euros. This year’s estimated turnover amounts to 5.1 million euros, and the company is planning to double its production volumes next year.

Now, the company’s saunas, huts, and offices can be enjoyed in Noblessner, where the visitors get to spend a night in a room with scenic sea views, use a sauna, or organise a work meeting and motivation-boosting day by the sea. 

According to Priit Kallas, CEO of the company, Iglupark will serve as a significant expansion from the classic individual sale. “Iglupark will make the Iglusaunas much more easily available and as going to the sauna is such a natural part of the Estonian people’s lives, this will provide a convenient opportunity for anyone to have closer contacts with the sauna culture. The sea-side offices are a completely unique innovation and can be used as a temporary space for working or for holding inspiring meetings. Even though we were not necessarily looking for an urban space for building the park, I believe that from the perspective of the views and the milieu, Noblessner is the best location for launching the comprehensive solution for the first time,” he explained. 

An Igluhut can provide accommodation for the night for up to two people. Igluhuts contain of a living-room, a large bed, a kitchen nook, and a bathroom. There is also a large terrace with outdoor furniture. Offices of various sizes consist of a meeting room for eight people or workstations for five, while a sauna fits up to ten people. The saunas are already available and the offices and Igluhuts will be open for visitors from July.

In spite of entering the market of services with Iglupark, the company will remain actively involved with production and sales. According to Kallas, Iglupark will also serve the purpose of a showroom, as the visitors will get to get acquainted with the solution and try it out. This applies to saunas as well as huts which form the majority, that is 75% of the company’s turnover. 

Creative Woodworks OÜ produces hand-made huts, home offices, and saunas under the Iglucraft trademark. The company has sold its products to twenty countries worldwide, including Japan, Australia, and the United States. The company employs forty-two people. In 2020, the company’s turnover amounted to 3.9 million euros.
