Iglucraft Founder Awarded EY Entrepreneur of the Year

04 Jun 2021

Iglucraft team is celebrating. Priit Kallas, Iglucraft founder and CEO has been awarded EY Entrepreneur of the Year, an international competition that leads to Priit representing the entrepreneurs of Estonia in the World Entrepreneur of the Year competition in June 2021.

Every year since 1986, the overall country winners have gathered in Monte Carlo, Monaco, for EY World Entrepreneur of the Year, celebrating entrepreneurs through national awards programs in more than 60 countries. It's an honour that in 2021 Estonia will be represented by Iglucraft.

Iglucraft’s success in turning challenges into opportunities despite difficult times in global economy is the result of a partnership between the two owners of the company, Priit Kallas and Tarvo Kuusk, whose persistence and ambition aims to create long-term value for the company.

With lockdown and social distancing restrictions fluctuating across the globe, recognising that domestic tourism is set to play a vital role in the rebuilding of businesses and economies for a foreseeable future was the key factor when launching several new product developments already in April last year. The home office concept, adjusting focus on bespoke projects, and testing new features like the large panoramic window were very much welcomed by our clients.

In addition to product development we are also working on several very challenging projects concerning design, VR, e-commerce, as well as glamping and sauna parks development. The new world order has really motivated us to step up our game. Just stay tuned, as we have many news still in store.
